Loss of sale

I was seriously considering buying the camera case this app is for buy after trying to use this app I have decided to look elsewhere for a case. The buttons seem buggy, not always operating as they are suppose to. There seems to be no zoom but Im not sure as the tutorial videos would not load. Compass feature looked like it was about to load & then would go away. And the albums kept crashing the app. Nice start but if the app wont even work in my backyard there is no way I am trying to use it in the water with a hard case.
