Rip off

After spending 200$ on their case with 2day shipping ordered on the 12/23 to get it in time for my vacation the finally it came on the 1/6 so no vacation photos.
Only to find out that this company wants another 16$ to unlock features within their app which is the only app that works with the case.
I feel so ripped off and would never have ordered the case if I would have known this before.

Very disappointing experience.
